    Hi Sasha,

    It’s my first time at your blog and I really enjoyed reading your post and learnt a lot from the fitness lessons you shared. In particular, I could relate to the point you made about being in your 30′s. I’ve definitely noticed I need more sleep and have noticed my body not like it was in my 20′s. Hence this motivates me to look after myself even more now through exercise and healthy eating.
