Calories In Indian Food

I’ve lived in Bombay for a while now. Through hostels, 1 BHKs, 2 BHKs and now a home with a kitchen that’s not the size of a shoe box, I have ordered from every possible restaurant. I have eaten everything from Fish Molee to Prawn Vindaloo (apparently the only vindaloo that’s easy on the calories, but slightly wrong!).
